CBD location - Specialist Property Fund Manager - Opportunity to own your own role – Great development and career opportunity

Opus Capital Limited is a specialist property fund manager licensed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to act as the Responsible Entity for a range of Managed Investment Schemes.  The group has a total of 6 funds over $424 million in assets under management.  The investments properties are located in Queensland, Victoria and the ACT.

You will be responsible for:-

  • Assisting the Fund Manager with fund analysis, reporting and representation
  • Cougar and detailed fund modelling
  • Pro-active fund management and reporting
  • Direct interaction and liaison with the Property Team
  • Assist the Manager – Investor Relations with Fund communication
  • Internal property and fund valuation
  • Keeping up to date with all fund legislation, compliance and procedures
  • Research and data correlation
  • Income, expense and capital expenditure budgeting

To be eligible for this role you will have:-

  • Graduate or Associate Membership of the API
  • Excellent computer and spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
