The Australian Property Institute (API) has a proud history as Australia’s Premier Property Professional organisation with a membership base of over 1,600 members in Queensland and over 7,500 nationally. Industry sectors represented by API members include; property valuation, funds management, asset management, property consultancy, property management, property development, government and local councils.

For the benefit of its members, stakeholders and kindred bodies the API holds many social and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events throughout the calendar year. It is due to the generous support of industry partners and sponsors that these events are made possible.
