Fitzgibbon Chase is an award winning 114 hectare residential development within the Fitzgibbon Urban Development Area (UDA) and is the ULDA’s first residential development.  It is a community which includes a diverse mix of lot sizes, innovative housing designs, a range of living options and extensive parks and natural surrounds. The development features some of Australia’s most creative solutions in urban planning and design and community development.  The ULDA has facilitated residential lot sizes which range from 71m2 up to 800m2 and accommodate more than six different housing types that respond to the demand for housing affordability.
