Rental Valuation and Determinations Advanced Course

The Course

This two day course focuses on rental value and the criterion that needs to be taken into consideration when envisaging rental to apply under lease.

The course is structured to enable participants to increase their understanding of rental concepts and to assist valuers, property managers, asset managers, lessors and lessees to understand the implications of rental under a lease.  Existing Specialist Retail Valuers will have the opportunity to hone their skills.

This course is presented by the API in conjunction with the University of the Sunshine Coast.
